V-Rings
VA
Constructed out of solid rubber, V-Rings are designed to stretch over a shaft and rotate with it sealing axially against a perpendicular counter face. Designed with a straight back, the VA series V-Rings offer a lower profile than the VS series. The VA series is the most common profile. The VA series has a very large range of 3mm to over 2000mm shafts.
VS
Constructed out of solid rubber, V-Rings are designed to stretch over a shaft and rotate with it sealing axially against a perpendicular counter face. Designed with a tapered back, the VS series V-Rings offer more material in contact with the shaft for a higher radial force than the VA profile. The VS series has a range of 5mm to 199mm shafts.
VL
Constructed out of solid rubber, V-Rings are designed to stretch over a shaft and rotate with it sealing axially against a perpendicular counter face. Designed with a low profile and straight back, the VL series V-Rings offer are intended for applications where the installation location is too narrow for the VA or VS series. The VL series has a range of 110mm to over 1200mm shafts.
VE
Constructed out of solid rubber, V-Rings are designed to stretch over a shaft and rotate with it sealing axially against a perpendicular counter face. The VE series V-Rings are large, heavy duty, and designed for large diameter shafts. These V-Rings are designed to accept metal clamping bands that, if used, can improve axial fixation. The VE series has a range of 300mm to over 2000mm shafts.
